Set in the calm rural landscape of Alappuzha, F12 is a modern workspace designed for an IT company with over 200 professionals. The project emphasizes openness, comfort, and creativity — offering a sense of freedom that inspires better work.

Raised on stilts, the building floats above the terrain, opening to a deck surrounded by greenery. Glass-lined work areas invite natural light and views of the landscape, blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors.

The upper floors host leadership zones and open terraces, where balconies encourage informal meetings and quiet reflection. The design celebrates light, air, and connection — transforming the workspace into a place that feels alive, collaborative, and deeply connected to its setting.
